8 Day Program


Holy Land Suggested Eight Day Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv

Upon arrival to Tel Aviv, you will be met and greeted by your tour guide. You will drive to your Hotel in Galilee, where you will spend three nights. Dinner will be at your Hotel.


Day 2 - Capernaum/Tabgha/Mount of Beatitudes

Today's sites focus on the ministry of Christ during his time in Galilee. After breakfast, we will drive to Capernaum, home of Jesus during his public ministry, where he performed miracles and healings. We will visit the ruins of the local synagogue and St. Peter's House. Nearby, we will visit the Church of the Primacy of St. Peter, where Jesus appeared to the apostles after his resurrection and instructed Peter to feed His sheep.  After which we will enjoy a peaceful boat ride across the Sea where Christ walked on water. After a stop in Ein Gev for lunch, we will return by boat to visit the Church of the Multiplication of the loaves and fishes in Tabgha, then ascend to the Mount of Beatitudes, the site of the Sermon on the Mount, where we will have time for readings and meditation. Then we will return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.



Day 3 - Nazareth/Cana/Mount Tabor


After breakfast, we drive to Nazareth, the town of Jesus' childhood, to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, the holy cave where Mary lived, St. Joseph's workshop and Mary's well. We will visit Nazareth Village and experience a biblical meal for lunch. In the afternoon, we will drive to Cana, where Jesus performed his first miracle and changed water into wine at the wedding feast. Here we will have the renewal of marriage vows and blessing of families. Then we will ascend to Mount Tabor, the place of Jesus' Transfiguration, and have sometime for meditation and pray while enjoying the view of the valley of Armageddon. Dinner and overnight .



Day 4 - Haifa/Jordan River/Jericho/Jerusalem

After breakfast, we will drive to Haifa, where we will visit Mount Carmel, home of the prophets Elijah and Elisha, for a scenic view of the city and the port. We will visit Stella Maris, a Carmelite monastery that houses the shrine of our lady of Mount Carmel. We continue our journey to Muhraka, where Elijah confronted the false prophets of Baal and where the Carmelite order began. After lunch we will drive down the Jordan Valley until we reach the Baptismal site on the Jordan River, where we will renew our baptismal vows. We will continue on to the Oasis town of Jericho, we will visit the excavations of the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world. Here we will enjoy a splendid view of the Mount of Temptation, where Jesus spent 40 days in the desert and was tempted by Satan. Driving through Jericho we will see the sycamore tree of Zaccheus. Then we will drive to our hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.




Day 5 - Mount of Olives/Old City of Jerusalem

After breakfast, we will drive to the Mount of Olives for a breathtaking panoramic view of the old city of Jerusalem, from this vantage point, see much of what makes Jerusalem such a unique city to the three major religions: Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. We will visit the Chapel of the Ascension and the Pater Noster church commemorating the Lord's Prayer, then walk the Palm Sunday road to the Dominus Flevit church, where Jesus wept over Jerusalem. From there, we will proceed to the Garden of Gethsemane to visit the Church of all Nations where Jesus prayed on Holy Thursday before his betrayal. After lunch, we will enter the Old City through St. Stephen's Gate with a visit to the Church of St. Anne, the birthplace of the Blessed Mother. Also on the site is the Pool of Bethesda, where Jesus cured the lame man. We will proceed along the Via Dolorosa to the Chapel of the Flagellation where our Lord was scourged. Nearby we will visit Ecce Homo church. Continue along the Via Dolorosa, praying at the Stations of the Cross, remembering the last steps of Jesus through Jerusalem on Good Friday and reflecting on the greatness of his sacrifice. We will finish at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was crucified and buried. We will visit his empty tomb and reflect on the fact that our Lord is indeed risen. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight. In Jerusalem every group should have the opportunity to attend mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.

Day 6 - Mount Zion/Ein Kerem/Bethlehem

This morning after breakfast, , we will head to the Village of Ein Karem, the site of the Birthplace of St. John the Baptist and the Church of the Visitation, where the Virgin Mary, visited her cousin Elizabeth, , and proclaimed the Magnificat. After, We will visit the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, the oldest continually operating church in the world, dating back to the year 327 A.D.  Followed by time for souvenir shopping at a local Christian-owned shop. we will drive to the Shepherd's Fields outside Bethlehem, where the heavenly host of angels announced the birth of Jesus. After lunch we will drive to Mount Zion to visit Dormition Abbey, the site of the death of Mary, and the Cenacle , the site of the Last Supper and the Pentecost. We will also visit King David's Tomb on the same site. Nearby is the church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, which commemorates the evening of Holy Thursday, when Peter denied Jesus three times, on the site of the house of the Jewish high priest Caiaphas, end the day by a visit to the wailing wall. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 7- Bethany/Qumran/Massada

This day after breakfast, we will drive to Bethany, where we will visit the Tomb of Lazarus, a dear friend whom Jesus raised from the dead. We will drive through the Judean wilderness to visit the Inn of the Good Samaritan, drive along the Dead Sea to Masada, the site of the last Jewish stand against the Romans in 73 A.D. and an important site in Jewish history. We will ascend by cable car to Herod's fortress at Masada. Afterwards, we will journey to Qumran for lunch, after which we will see the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered and learn more about the culture that created them. We will also enjoy a float in the nearby Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth and a fascinating natural phenomenon offering one of the most unique experiences on earth. We will return to our hotel for a special farewell dinner .


Day 8 - Departure from Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv

A number of adjustments to your itinerary are possible at your request, including arrangements for guest speakers on various topics. Meetings with church leaders, and visits to various projects aimed at supporting Christian presence in the Holy Land.

10 Day Program


Day 1 - Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv

Upon arrival to Tel Aviv, you will be met and greeted by your local Christian guide. You will drive to your Hotel in Jerusalem; Dinner will be served at you your Hotel.





Day 2- Mount of Olives/Mt. Zion

We begin our day very early in the morning, as the sun rises we walk the Via Dolorosa, praying at the Stations of the Cross, remembering the last steps of Jesus through Jerusalem on Good Friday and reflecting on the greatness of his sacrifice. We will finish at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was crucified and buried. We will visit his empty tomb and reflect on the fact that our Lord is indeed risen, . We return to our hotel to have breakfast before leaving to visit the Old City of Jerusalem. We'll start at the Temple area where we see the Western Wall, the Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and then St. Anne's Church the birthplace of the Blessed Mother. Also on the site is the Pool of Bethesda ,where Jesus cured the lame man. We will proceed to the Chapel of the Flagellation where our Lord was scourged, visit the Ecce Homo church . After lunch we will head to the Village of Ein Karem, the site of the Birthplace of St. John the Baptist and the Church of the Visitation, where the Virgin Mary visited her cousin Elizabeth, pregnant with St. John the Baptist, and proclaimed the Magnificat. Back to our Hotel for Dinner.




Day 4 - Bethany/Qumran/Massada

We will head east towards the desert and then along the Dead Sea to Masada, the site of the last Jewish stand against the Romans in 73 A.D. We will ascend by cable car to Herod's fortress at Masada. Afterwards, we will journey to Qumran for lunch, after which we will see the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered and learn more about the culture that created them. We will also enjoy a float in the nearby Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth and a fascinating natural phenomenon offering one of the most unique experiences on earth. We will return to our hotel for dinner.

Day 5 - Bethlehem/West Jerusalem

This morning we will drive to Bethlehem for a visit to the Church of the Nativity , the oldest continually operating church in the world built by the Emperor Constantine dating back to the year 327 A.D. over the traditional grotto of Jesus' birth. Visit the Manger, the Grotto of St. Jerome, , the Church of St.Catherine , followed by time for souvenir shopping. After lunch we will visit the Shepherd's Fields in Beit Sahour where the heavenly host of angels announced the birth of Jesus. We drive to west Jerusalem to the Israeli Museum to visit the model of Ancient Jerusalem. We will return to our hotel for a special dinner .

Day 6 – Jericho/Jordan River/Tiberias

We will drive through the Judean wilderness to visit the Inn of the Good Samaritan, continue on to the Oasis town of Jericho, where we will visit the excavations of the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world. We will visit Stella Maris,  We continue our journey to Muhraka, where Elijah confronted the false prophets of Baal and where the Carmelite order began. We proceed up north to the port city of Akko [Acre] one of the oldest ports in the ancient world, where we will visit the remains of the crusader city almost intact, both above and below today's street level, providing an exceptional picture of the layout and structures of the capital of the medieval Crusader kingdom of Jerusalem. From here drive south to Caesarea Maritima, where St. Peter baptized the first Gentile convert (Cornelius) and where Paul was held prisoner by the Romans. Visit the Roman and Crusader ruins, the Crusader City, the well preserved Theatre, the Harbour, and the Roman Aquaduct. Dinner at Hotel.


Day 10 – Departure from Ben Gurion Airport,Tel Aviv

3 Day Jordan Extension


Day 1- Madaba/Mt.Nebo

Depart after breakfast for transfer to border between Israel and Jordan. After crossing border at the Allenby Bridge, the group will be met by a local tour guide and proceed by deluxe motorcoach to the ancient city of Madaba, best known for its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics. Also in Madaba at the Church of St. George we will view a mosaic with the earliest surviving map of the Holy land. We will continue about 10 km to Mount Nebo, from where Moses stood and viewed the Promise Land. Drive to our hotel in Petra.


Day 2- Petra/Amman

After breakfast we will walk through the "Siq," an immense crack in the Nubian sandstone, to the ancient red rock city of Petra one of the New Seven Wonders of the world capital of the Nabateans from the 3rd century B.C. to the 2nd century A.D. Visit the most interesting carved monuments, such as the Treasury, the field of tombs and the altar, from this point you can view the whole of the rock city. Drive back to Amman for dinner and overnight.


Day 3- Depart Jordan

After breakfast you will be transferred to Amman airport for a flight back home.
